Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We politely request that you arrive on time for your appointments. If it is your first appointment or a new treatment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment to complete the required documentation. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medication and medical conditions that you have on this form and also at the time of booking.

We understand that unexpected delays sometimes occur which can lead to schedule adjustments. Lateness may result in a shorter appointment time to avoid any delays for the next patient. We will try and accommodate for you in this situation but it may not always be possible in which case we will have to reschedule your appointment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for all treatments and 48 hours notice for cosmetic injectables. A non-refundable deposit may be taken for some treatments and you will be advised of this during your initial consultation. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee. Repeated failed appointments and cancellations will result in the non-fundable treatment fees being collected at the time of booking.

GIFT VOUCHERS

 You can purchase gift vouchers from the clinic for any monetary amount.  The gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  Vouchers may only be used for treatments and not to purchase products.  Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash alternatives.  Please ensure you bring your voucher along with you to your appointment.  We cannot be responsible for lost vouchers.
